Every integration should specify its payload or PDU contract, authentication method, timeout, retry behavior, duplicate handling and escalation path. Sensitive credentials belong in encrypted or hashed storage and must never appear in public documentation or browser logs.

Use durable queues for work that crosses a network boundary. A request should be marked accepted only after the expected response arrives. Store a sanitized attempt history, monitor stalled work and make manual recovery deliberate and auditable.

Reports should separate raw traffic, qualified messages, processing earnings and available balance. Rates, currencies, limits and settlement periods need to follow the allocation that was active when the message arrived.
