AxonSMS Terms of Service
These terms describe the baseline conditions for accessing AxonSMS. Signed commercial agreements and applicable law remain controlling.
Authorized use
Accounts may be used only by authorized parties and for traffic that complies with applicable laws, provider policies and written agreements.
Account security
Users must protect credentials, API tokens and withdrawal information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Commercial terms
Rates, limits, currencies and settlement periods are those shown in the platform or agreed in writing. Invalid, duplicate, blocked or disallowed traffic may have zero payout.
Availability
Services may change for maintenance, security, compliance, carrier availability or network conditions. AxonSMS works to make operational state visible but does not promise uninterrupted connectivity.
